1 | CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
We do not require you to have a website account or user name when you place an order with us although its highly recommended. When you create an account on our site it provides you with additional features allowing you to track your order, re-order without having to re-enter all of your information and curate your own art collection to compare and choose from during your online shopping.
Please click on “Sigh In or Create an Account” link at the upper left of your screen. You will be taken to our login screen where you can click on “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your account password.
2 | ORDERS
Ordering art from us is fast and easy! After you’ve found that perfect canvas, select from the following options then click the orange “Add to Cart” button. This step will add product to your Shopping Cart, which you can access on the top right corner our website.
Once you’re in the Shopping Cart page, click “Proceed to Checkout” and continue to fill out your shipping address and payment information. Click on “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
If you have an account, please log into it prior or during the checkout process. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one during the checkout process. Please speak with a live person if you need further assistance.
With each order, you will receive an order email containing your ordered product tracking information. In addition, you can log into your artcanvas.com account and view your order history and tracking information.
Orders typically ship within 48-72 hours of an order being placed. When we ship the order your tracking information is sent to you via email. If you have not received this email please contact us and we will work with you to confirm the status of your order and locate your tracking number if you order has been processed and shipped out.
We’ll happily take back any items within 30 days of purchase.
To start the refund process please contact us first so we can provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If your order qualifies for a refund, we process the refund as soon as your return has been received at our warehouse. It may take additional 1-3 business days of processing time for the Credit Card companies to credit the amount back to your account.
Yes, you can request to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t yet shipped. If you want to cancel a shipped order please contact us and we will work with you to find an acceptable resolution.
3 | SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All of our canvases are packaged into safe sturdy boxes with protective foam/Bubble bags that help avoid damage during transit.
4 | PAYMENT
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through our SSL-secured payment gateway and PayPal.
Your protection is one of our highest priorities. Shopping with us is safe and worry free on our SSL-secured website. We utilize a reliable PCI-compliant payment processing platform used by hundreds of thousands of online merchants like Uber, Yelp, Airbnb, StubHub and others that handles over 4 billion transactions per year and processes payments of more than 235 million online shoppers.
5 | CANVAS

Yes, all product dimensions including length, width and depth are listed in inches.
The colors will be close or identical, but we cannot guarantee 100% that your canvas will look exactly as you see it on your monitor. All monitors display colors differently because all monitors have brightness, saturation, Gamma and additional settings that are calibrated differently based on the user’s preferences. In addition, monitors are backlight and there a light that shines through the images they display while a printed canvas does not. We promise to produce a beautiful quality canvas for you but if you are not completely satisfied with the way your canvas turned out please contact us and we will work on a satisfactory resolution.
We are unable to sell digital copies of the artwork we offer for sale on canvas.
6 | CANVAS INSTALLATION AND CARE
Our canvases come with Free hanging hardware along with Installation + Care Guide that includes information to get you through the simple installation process. If you have any question regarding this process please reach out to us at email@example.com
Your canvas only needs occasional light dusting. Please use a feather duster or a soft piece of cloth and carefully wipe the canvas. Be sure not to press heavily on the front of the canvas during this process.
Of course, just make sure it is in an enclosed sunroom and will not be directly exposed to sunlight or other weather elements.
Yes! All of our canvases are made with water-resistant ink. The canvas can be safely hung in your bathroom or near a water source.
ARTCARS warrants its goods to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. We stand behind our product and provide a lifetime warranty on all of the handcrafted canvases produced at our facility..
